When it comes to menu design, we pride ourselves on the imaginative expertise of our chefs. Our Executive Chef, Darren Deadman, leads our culinary team. Classically trained at Le Touguet, France Darren has vast experience gained in some of the finest kitchens combined with overseeing some of the largest banqueting kitchens in London, most recently the International Convention Centre at ExCeL.

We create bespoke menus for every occasion. We are specialists at designing menus for exclusive seated dinners and canapé receptions at prestigious venues but also less formal bowl food, BBQ and street food menus to be enjoyed in the sunshine at outdoor events.

We design drinks receptions from our wine list which features an exclusive range of champagne, sparkling wines and Prosecco. Our mixologists create stunning cocktails tailored to your requirements.
